For apartments and multi-family residential units, whether private, HUD subsidized, Title 42 renovation/upgrade work, compliance repairs for PCNA, UFAS, or pre-purchase inspections of a future project, we are your contractor.

380 renovation units have been started and completed since May 2012, we also can say each project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The projects included a 12-story high-rise residential tower in Los Angeles, along with multi-story projects in Louisiana and Pennsylvania.

Our "in-place" program saved our clients any relocation expenses, which amounted to hundreds of thousand of dollars in savings.

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) and Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) are incredibly strong materials used for many strengthening, and earthquake retrofitting repairs. Using CFRP and FRP minimizes downtime and construction disruption. Materials we use are State of California approved as low VOL and environmentally friendly. The cost savings using these materials is about 1/3 of the traditional jack hammering, rebar, shot-crete, steel plates, steel nuts and bolts, and disruption at the project site.
